Success in the field must be in hand

One of the successful implementation of Regsosek is determined by the right data collection strategy.

BPS South Sumatra Province created a strategy for data collection Regsosek with the 313 scheme or known as three in one. With this scheme, every three days of data collection there will be a one day break between the enumerator and supervisory team meetings to discuss, solve problems, check the completeness of documents as well as the fairness and consistency of the contents of the documents resulting from the enumeration.

This strategy is designed so that data collection runs effectively, efficiently and according to SOPs, and data quality is maintained. By implementing the 313 strategy, it is hoped that data collection in all districts/cities will run together, and no one will be left behind.

On Tuesday, October 18, 2022, the First Meeting of the Regsosek Initial Data Collection Officer Team was held in each sub-district in Ogan Ilir Regency, which included Field Data Collection Officers (PPL), Field Supervisory Officers (PML) and District Census Coordinators (Koseka). This meeting took place at the residence of one of the 2022 Regsosek officers.

Koseka chaired this meeting assisted by PML. This meeting is a means of communication from Koseka, PML, and PPL so that errors can be detected from the start and can be corrected so as to minimize errors in the field.
